About this vacancy

As Manager Project Controls, you work on civil engineering projects in the North Brabant and Southern Netherlands regions. You engage with a variety of clients, including contractors, consultancy firms, and (semi-)government organizations. Your role is essential for the successful delivery of these projects, where you are responsible for ensuring quality, timing, and budget compliance. Specifically, this entails that you: - Ensure the integral control of project objectives and adjust where necessary. - Analyze risks and implement measures to mitigate them. - Collaborate with various stakeholders and teams to monitor progress. - Closely oversee finances, schedules, and scope. - Communicate proactively with clients and project teams. - Propose innovative and sustainable solutions to project challenges.

What we expect from you

We are looking for a driven professional with a keen eye for detail, capable of managing complex projects and setting clear goals. What you bring:

A completed bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Business Administration, or a similar field.
At least 5 years of experience in project control or project management within civil engineering or the construction sector.
Experience with systems engineering, risk management, and financial project monitoring.
Excellent communication skills and strong persuasive abilities.
The ability to think strategically and act pragmatically.
A proactive attitude, with a focus on collaboration and innovation.

Additionally, you are result-oriented, analytically strong, and thrive in a dynamic environment where no day is the same. You are up to date with the latest developments in civil engineering and can apply them in your daily work.
