About this vacancy

Afhankelijk van jouw profiel zijn er twee posities beschikbaar:

1. Lead Monteur – Teamleiding Modulebouw

Je stuurt het team aan, bewaakt de productieplanning en motiveert je collega’s om bestellingen op tijd en volgens de juiste kwaliteitseisen af te ronden. Je stemt af met andere afdelingen en de planners om gemaakte afspraken te halen en de afdeling continu te verbeteren.

2. Lead Monteur – Werkvoorbereiding en Verbetering

Je houdt je bezig met het opstellen en beoordelen van werkvoorbereidingen. Je fungeert als kennisdrager op het gebied van maakbaarheid, montagetijd en optimalisatie van processen. Je adviseert over verbeterkansen en borgt de technische kwaliteit binnen de afdeling.

What we expect from you

Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding Elektrotechniek, of een mbo-4 opleiding met hbo-werk- en denkniveau
Aantoonbare aansturende ervaring in een productieomgeving
Kennis van modulebouw of besturingspanelen, inclusief IPC-standaarden
Sterke elektrotechnische kennis
Je bent communicatief vaardig, oplossingsgericht, stressbestendig en nauwkeurig
Je spreekt zowel Nederlands als Engels

What you can expect from us

Een salaris tussen de €3.250,- en € 4.100,- bruto per maand en goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden;
Werken in een informeel team met korte lijnen en een prettige sfeer;

Persoonlijk opleidingsbudget van €2.200,- per jaar;
