About the role

Are you creative, technically skilled, and have an eye for detail? Do you want to contribute to sustainable and innovative packaging solutions for various applications – from high-tech equipment to industrial transport packaging? Then this is your chance to start your career as a Junior Mechanical Engineer.

In this role, you will be the technical link between the client and production. No day is the same: one day you might design a cleanroom-compatible package, while the next you might develop a robust transport frame or an intelligent cushioning technique for sensitive equipment. You will translate complex customer requests into concrete, manufacturable solutions that integrate technology, functionality, and sustainability.

Your role

Designing and modeling mechanical components and packaging in 3D CAD
Drafting specifications, calculations, and technical documentation
Supporting the construction, testing, and improvement of prototypes
Identifying opportunities for improvements in design or processes
Coordinating with suppliers, production, and project teams

What we expect from you

What you bring

Completed HBO or WO education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
Basic knowledge of materials science, tolerances, and production techniques
Experience with 3D CAD (e.g. SolidWorks or NX)
Good command of Dutch and English
A curious and proactive attitude
