About this vacancy

Are you a driven security professional eager to help organizations enhance their digital resilience? Then the role of Security Consultant at TMC is your next step. Within our unique employeneurship model, you will work on challenging projects for clients in the government, energy sector, fintech, and high-tech industry.

You will provide advice on information security, conduct risk analyses, assist in implementing security measures, and support audits and compliance processes. You will work on improving security policies, setting up monitoring systems, and increasing awareness within organizations. Together with technical teams, you’ll ensure a robust and future-proof security landscape.

For this position, proficiency in Dutch, both written and spoken, is a must.

What we expect from you

At least 4 years of experience in information security, IT security, or cybersecurity consultancy.
Experience within one or more sectors: government, energy, fintech, or high-tech.
Knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, BIO, CIS Controls, or OWASP.
Experience in conducting risk analyses, security audits, compliance checks, and drafting security policies.
A consultancy mindset: you are analytical, strong in communication, and know how to engage clients in security matters.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+, or similar are a plus.
