About this vacancy

As a Hardware Engineer, you are responsible for designing, programming, and implementing hardware solutions for advanced automation systems. You work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers to deliver tailor-made solutions to our clients. Common tasks include: - Designing and specifying electrical installations and panels; - Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards in electronics and industrial automation; - Drafting corresponding technical specifications; - Collecting the correct specifications for the electrical installation from the client; - Providing support to clients and colleagues with technical inquiries.

What we expect from you

As a Hardware Engineer, you should enjoy solving puzzles and delivering a complete solution that meets the customer's requirements. To be successful in this role, we expect the following from you: - You have an entrepreneurial mindset; proactive, eager to learn, and critical; - MBO4+ or HBO (BSc) level of education in the direction of Electrical Engineering or Industrial Automation; - At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position; - Experience with EPLAN or a comparable program; - Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage; - You have a good command of the Dutch language and can effortlessly switch to English; - You are a team player and have strong communication skills.
