About this vacancy

As a Group Leader, you oversee approximately 30 technicians who assemble and qualify modules and systems. You organize the "dynamic production load" and ensure that systems are delivered in accordance with QLTC requirements. Ensuring the availability of materials, personnel, tooling, and other production facilities is part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you monitor progress, solve problems, and make necessary adjustments to the process. As a Group Leader, you are responsible for ensuring systems are produced in alignment with QLTC: according to the right quality, on time, at the correct costs, and following the specified requirements. Any technical deviations must be coordinated and documented in consultation with the client. Moreover, you anticipate potential bottlenecks in the production process and implement structural improvement measures. In close collaboration with the Program Manager, continuous improvements to the process in terms of QLTC are carried out. You are also responsible for (the quality and continuity of) staffing levels.

What we expect from you

- You have a technical higher professional education, for example mechanical engineering; - You have at least 3 years of relevant leadership work experience, preferably in an assembly environment; - You are decisive, communicative, and motivational;
