About this vacancy

Are you an experienced functional administrator with a passion for consultancy? Then this is your chance to work as a **Functional IT Consultant** within the unique **employeneurship model of TMC**. In this role, you will work on challenging projects for leading clients in the **public sector**, **energy sector**, **fintech**, or **high-tech industry**. You will be responsible for the functional management of applications such as **ERP**, **CRM**, **HRM**, **financial systems**, or specific **government applications**. You will analyze business processes, translate them into optimal application configurations, and act as the link between business and IT. You will operate in a dynamic environment, continually contributing ideas for improving the application landscape of our clients. **Proficiency in the Dutch language, both spoken and written, is a must for this position.**

What we expect from you

A completed HBO/WO degree.
At least 4 years of experience in functional management or application management.
Proven experience in one or more sectors: government, energy, fintech, or high-tech.
Experience with managing applications such as ERP, CRM, HRM, Finance, or Government applications.
A consultancy mindset: you are proactive, customer-oriented, and contribute ideas for strategic improvements.
Strong communication skills and the ability to bridge gaps between IT.
