About this vacancy

Are you an experienced functional consultant with a passion for ERP systems and improving business processes? Then the role of Functional Consultant ERP at TMC is a perfect match. Within our unique employeneurship model, you work on challenging projects for clients in the government, energy sector, fintech, or high-tech industry. You are responsible for the functional management and optimization of ERP applications. You analyze processes, translate them into system design, oversee implementations, and act as the point of contact for key users and stakeholders. You collaborate closely with technical teams and business units to make our clients' ERP landscapes future-proof.

What we expect from you

At least 4 years of experience as a functional consultant or functional administrator within ERP environments.
Experience in one or more sectors: government, energy, fintech, or high-tech.
Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, AFAS, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
Experience in analyzing and improving business processes and translating them into ERP functionality.
A consultancy mindset: you are client-focused, analytical, and contribute to strategic improvements.
Strong communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between IT and business.
