About this vacancy

The resource will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of firmware for complex and reliable systems, contributing to the creation of innovative and secure solutions for military and security applications. Main responsibilities: - Develop embedded firmware for next-generation hardware, ensuring high performance and reliability. - Collaborate with hardware and software design teams to integrate and optimize systems. - Perform debugging, testing, and validation of firmware on real and simulated platforms. - Prepare detailed technical documentation and follow the quality and security procedures specific to the defense sector. - Support the integration and commissioning phases of hardware and firmware systems.

What we expect from you

Degree in Electronic, Computer, Automation Engineering, or related fields.
Proven experience in embedded firmware development, preferably in defense, aerospace, or military sectors (at least 5 years).
Excellent knowledge of programming languages such as C and C++.
Familiarity with real-time systems, microcontrollers, and FPGA/ASIC platforms.
Knowledge of debugging and testing tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, IDEs).
Ability to work in a team and adhere to strict safety and quality requirements.
Availability for potential travel and activities in controlled environments.
Native Italian speaker and good knowledge of English.
