TMC is looking for a driven EMVI Writer to elevate projects within construction companies, consulting firms, and (semi-)government organizations. As an EMVI Writer, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on diverse civil engineering projects. Your tasks will include:

Writing winning EMVI plans (Economically Most Advantageous Tender) that convince clients.
Analyzing tender documents and providing strategic advice on approaches.
Collaborating with engineers, project managers, and other experts to gather substantive input.
Optimizing tender processes: You contribute ideas for improvements and implementations.
Guiding presentations and reviews: You ensure that plans make a visual and verbal impact.

At TMC, you work on a project basis for leading consulting and engineering firms, contractors, and (semi-)government bodies. Every project is unique, constantly challenging you.

What we expect from you

As an EMVI Writer, you are the key player in creating winning plans. You translate technical and strategic information into clear, persuasive texts that perfectly align with the client's needs. You have: - **Sharp analytical skills:** You understand complex issues and know what the client truly wants. - **Strong writing skills:** You communicate clearly, convincingly, and to the point. - **Affinity with civil engineering:** You are familiar with the world of consultancy firms, contractors, and government projects. - **Project experience:** You have experience in tender or project environments. - **A proactive attitude:** You contribute to strategic decisions and serve as a reliable sparring partner for stakeholders.
