About this vacancy

We are seeking a Site Manager with previous experience in installation processes of automated distribution centers and warehouses, conveyors and sortation integrated systems, for leading companies in the e-commerce and intralogistics sectors.

The profile selected will lead complex, large-scale projects requiring strong leadership and problem-solving skills

What we expect from you

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage on-site installation teams to meet quality, cost, and timeline goals.
Develop and execute installation project plans with Project Managers, containing objectives, organization, planning and costs calculations.
Coordinate site activities with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor and manage quality, time, costs and provision of information.
Advise and manage the contracts of all subcontractors and suppliers
Ensure compliance with safety standards and contract requirements.
Identify and mitigate risks while improving processes.
Provide progress reports to clients, project managers, and the head office.
Coach and mentor site supervisors to improve team performance.
Implement continuous improvement strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

5+ years of experience in leading teams.
Electrical and Mechanical certifications.
Technical degree or equivalent experience in automation, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
Strong knowledge of conveyor & sortation systems, intralogistics, and warehouse automation.
Hands-on experience with installation processes and site coordination.
Proficiency in site management software tools.
Expertise in contract management, project planning, and resource allocation.
Safety-conscious mindset with experience in site safety protocols.
Ability to work in international and multicultural environments.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
