About this vacancy

As a Directievoerder GWW (Civil Works Manager) at TMC, you are responsible for managing and supervising civil engineering projects during the execution phase. You represent the client in the project, monitor quality, scheduling, and safety, and oversee the contract. Additionally, you maintain close contact with contractors, supervisors, and other stakeholders. You work on a variety of projects, such as road construction, sewer replacements, quay walls, hydraulic engineering structures, or area development. Thanks to your experience, you understand the dynamics of on-site operations as well as the administrative requirements. You ensure coordination, make adjustments when necessary, and handle the proper execution of additional and reduced work. You are part of our Business Cell Civil Engineering and collaborate with colleagues during various project phases.

What we expect from you

A completed higher professional education (HBO) or university degree (WO) in Civil Engineering or a related field.
At least 3 to 8 years of experience in a role as project leader, supervisor, or work planner within GWW (Ground, Road, and Hydraulic Engineering).
Knowledge of UAV(-GC), RAW methodology, and execution processes.
Attention to quality, safety, and process control.
Strong communication skills and the ability to operate at various levels.
Independent, decisive, and always attentive to details as well as the bigger picture.

A gross monthly salary between €4,000 and €6,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
