Are you passionate about transforming cutting-edge research into high-performance industrial processes? Join our dynamic team as a Process Development Engineer and play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between innovation and full-scale production.
In this exciting and hands-on role, you will be responsible for introducing and industrializing complex processes, taking them from the R&D phase to robust, scalable manufacturing solutions. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a seamless transition from development to production, focusing on optimizing quality, efficiency, and reliability.
As a Process Development Engineer, your day-to-day activities include:
You will have the opportunity to work with renowned clients across various high-tech and innovative industries, including semiconductor, automotive, healthcare, aerospace, graphics, and the process industry.
Our projects are located within the vibrant Tilburg – Nijmegen – Sittard triangle, offering you access to a wide network of technology leaders and cutting-edge facilities.
• Education: Higher professional education (Bachelor or Master level degree in physics, chemical, mechanical, electrical engineering or equivalent;
• Proven experience as a process engineer in technically complex process development, preferably as a BlackBelt;
• Experience with Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) and tools such as VOC, PFMEA, DMAIC, DOE, Gauge R&R, SPC, Matlab, etc.;
• Strong social and communication skills (self-confident, persuasive, proactive, stakeholder management);
• You have a good command of Dutch (Mandatory) and English.
