About this vacancy

- You are able to map out supply and demand and achieve the right balance between both fields. - Map out the demand using systems. This allows you to generate clear purchasing and sales flows within the supply chain. From large complex datasets, you derive the input for the front end of the chain, based on previous results (data), predictability, and of course external factors. - Monitor and manage relevant Supply Chain KPIs, such as delivery days, forecast accuracy, and OTIF performance. - Identify potential risks such as market changes, seasonal influences, or other factors that may impact demand. - Recognize when a process may face critical disruption and execute the appropriate escalation with the relevant stakeholders. - Focus on continuous improvement of internal processes and collaboration with our suppliers to sustain growing customer satisfaction and business growth. - Based on trends and KPIs, create a forecast of expected sales/purchase flows, which you input into the ERP system. - Provide strategic and tactical advice regarding the supply chain operation.

What we expect from you

Have completed a higher professional education (HBO) or university (WO) degree, preferably in the field of Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering & Management, Operations & Logistics (Engineering), or a technical foundation course;
Gain energy from complex challenges that you undertake on a project basis;
Are communicatively skilled and know how to leverage your stakeholder management skills at all times to connect people;
Understand, manage, and, if necessary, improve processes in a highly changing and dynamic environment: you are in control;
Easily comprehend various logistics control systems (such as ERP/WMS/TMS), understand them, and, where necessary, execute advisory or improvement processes;
Enjoy challenging yourself and thrive on personal growth and development;
Have proficiency in both Dutch and English. Any additional language is an excellent bonus.
