About this vacancy

As a cost expert, you are involved in the most diverse projects from start to finish. You prepare cost estimates (SSK methodology), create cost comparisons, and develop cost price calculations. You don’t just focus on the numbers; you also identify opportunities, analyze risks, and contribute to creative and feasible solutions. From the initial design phase to execution, you make a direct contribution to innovative and sustainable solutions within the civil engineering sector. You are the connecting factor between design, execution, and finance. You advise project teams, monitor budgets, and ensure that every project remains financially sound and feasible. Thanks to your insights, resources are allocated wisely, and projects are successfully realized.

What we expect from you

At least a completed higher professional education (HBO), preferably in Civil Engineering.
At least 10 years of relevant experience in civil, infrastructure, or construction projects.
Knowledge of cost price calculations and estimates (SSK methodology) within GWW.
Experience with procurement legislation, UAV-GC, RAW-EMVI, and construction team contracts.
Strong analytical skills, precise, and numerically proficient.
Focus on improvements in price, quality, and planning.
