About this vacancy

As a Contract Manager at TMC, you work on leading civil engineering projects in the North Brabant region and southern Netherlands. Our projects span contractors, consultancy firms, and (semi-)government organizations, providing you the opportunity to work on a diverse range of assignments, from large-scale infrastructure works to small local projects. You collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and legal teams to ensure that all contractual obligations are adhered to and that the projects are completed within the set frameworks of time, budget, and quality.

What we expect from you

As a Contract Manager at TMC, you are the link between clients, contractors, and engineering firms. You are responsible for the entire contractual trajectory of civil engineering projects, from the tender phase to implementation and delivery. This means you actively contribute to the project approach and structure and are responsible for monitoring contractual agreements. You know exactly how to anticipate risks, prevent claims, and balance the interests of all involved parties.

We expect from you:

A completed higher professional education (HBO) or university degree (WO) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a similar technical background.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a Contract Manager in civil engineering.
Knowledge of and experience with contract types such as UAV-gc, D&C, and RAW specifications.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
The ability to coordinate between various stakeholders and play a connecting role.
Analytical thinking skills and a proactive attitude to identify contractual risks early.
An entrepreneurial and flexible mindset, fitting for our open and dynamic work environment.
