About this vacancy
- Manage labor and processes, defining required resources (RTR) based on demand, cycle times, OEE, and kaizens
- Design processes focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost, optimizing labor and materials
- Collaborate with safety, quality, scheduling, and operations teams to improve production lines
- Apply and teach industrial engineering principles with a strong analytical approach
- Prioritize and facilitate process improvements, focusing on strategy execution, competitive advancement, and innovation
- Manage cross-functional teams and advise executives on progress, solutions, performance targets, and data analysis
- Ensure standardized project management processes and effective communication across the organization
What we expect from you
- 7 plus years of experience in Industrial Engineering management and implementing lean manufacturing tools and techniques in manufacturing environments
- Manage, train, and mentor managers overseeing various Continuous Improvement (CI) projects.
- Oversee process design focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost, while managing labor efficiently.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles across the factory, starting with assembly requirements.
- Lead the cultural transformation through systematic training, sponsorship, and coaching of CI projects.
- Maintain dynamic audits of key metrics and processes, sharing findings with factory management.
- Collaborate with the Manufacturing Engineering (ME) team to develop optimized production flow for current and future growth.
- Develop and manage a Cost Reduction Management System.
- Ensure a steady flow of process improvement ideas that are scoped, staffed, and implemented to meet targets.
- Establish model assembly lines, processes, and leaders to benchmark within the factory and at other locations.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to support ongoing business needs.
