Lead the Site — Be the Driving Force On Location
- Take full ownership of on-site execution as the key supervisor.
- Keep projects on track: manage timelines, report delays, and drive deadlines.
- Build strong on-site relationships with clients and subcontractors to keep momentum high.
- Own the paperwork: from time sheets to certificates — you're in control.
- Ensure compliance and safety certifications (CE PED) are signed, sealed, and delivered.
- Jump seamlessly from installation to commissioning — your hands-on mindset makes the difference.
Commission with Purpose — Bring Technology to Life
- Create smart, results-focused commissioning plans in sync with customers and project teams.
- Prepare systems for go-live: leak testing, vacuuming, cold/hot commissioning, and safety validations.
- Train operators on-site — from technical theory to practical operation.
- Lead performance and SAT testing to ensure flawless handover.
- Keep documentation sharp: software updates, logs, setpoint tuning — nothing slips through.
- Deliver final certificates, test results, and handover documentation with confidence.
Connect & Coordinate
- Be the link between the field and the project team.
- Align site activities with engineering, installation, and commissioning departments for smooth delivery.
Safety First, Always
- Champion a safe working environment — every task, every time.
- Keep tools certified, calibrated, and ready for action.
What we expect from you
- Process, Chemical, Marine, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering - Bachelor Level or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge off cooling systems, pre if he has experience in this.
- At least 3 years of work experience with Commissioning-related and project-based activities.
- English (good speaking and writing skills).
- Technical knowledge and skills in the field of refrigeration, process and control technology.
