About this vacancy

As a Civil Engineering Supervisor, you are responsible for the daily management and coordination of various projects in the civil sector. Whether it involves infrastructural works, urban development, or hydraulic engineering projects, you ensure everything runs smoothly. You collaborate with clients in contracting, consultancy firms, and (semi-)government institutions. Your role includes, among other things: - Planning and organizing work activities. - Supervising staff and subcontractors on the construction site. - Monitoring the progress, quality, and safety of the projects. - Ensuring clear communication between all parties involved. - Managing budgets and project administration. Thanks to your technical expertise and leadership skills, you ensure that projects are successfully delivered on time and within budgets. You are the link between theory and practice, know how to motivate teams, and optimize processes.

What we expect from you

At TMC, we are looking for a Civil Engineering Supervisor who identifies with the following qualities and qualifications: - You have completed an MBO+ or HBO degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field. - 0-3 years of work experience in a similar supervisory role. - You possess strong organizational and leadership skills. - You have a hands-on mentality and can quickly switch between various projects and tasks. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Experience working in contracting, consultancy firms, or (semi-)government is a plus. - You are capable of working both independently and as part of a team, with a keen eye for safety and quality.
