About this vacancy

As a Civil Engineering Designer at TMC, you play a vital role in the design and realization of civil projects in the southern Netherlands. You work alongside contractors and engineering firms to tackle complex challenges within Ground, Road, and Water Construction. This requires creative and solution-oriented thinking to develop efficient and safe designs. As a Civil Engineering Designer at TMC, you will work in a dynamic environment where innovation and technology go hand in hand with practical solutions. You will be deployed to various clients, including contractors and consulting and engineering firms, active in ground, road, and water construction. You will take part in projects ranging from small municipal works to large infrastructure projects for (semi-)governmental organizations. The projects you are involved in may include: - Bridges and viaducts - Quay walls and hydraulic engineering structures - Roads and underground infrastructure - Soil and foundation constructions

What we expect from you

Education: A completed higher professional (HBO) or university (WO) degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Ground, Road, and Hydraulic Engineering, preferably as a structural engineer.
Skills: Knowledge of design and calculation software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or Revit; experience with performing structural calculations.
Personality: You are analytically strong, work accurately, and are capable of successfully completing projects both independently and as part of a team.
Language proficiency: Good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written.
Communication: You can communicate clearly with clients, colleagues, and external parties.

An indefinite employment contract.
A salary between €3,000 and €6,000 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
