About this vacancy

The projects carried out vary from the design and realization of new cleanrooms to the upgrading and replacement of process equipment to the construction of the latest modular server rooms, new packaging production lines and the management of large-scale energy transitions. The department consists of approximately 65 enthusiastic employees including project managers, subject matter experts, engineers, construction managers, safety engineers and commissioning and qualification specialists.

What we expect from you

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or applicable technical degree

- At least 10-15 years of experience in an high tech engineering and/or construction field to manage capital investment projects;

- Experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment is highly preferred.

- Result driven to deliver projects on time and budget with the right quality that meet safety expectations.

- Ability and willingness to search out for and implement/realize own business improvements..

- Strong oral and written communication skills in English, Dutch is highly preferred.
