About this vacancy

At TMC, you work on challenging projects in civil engineering, where your drawings form the foundation for execution. You get the opportunity not only to create designs but also to actively contribute ideas to the technical solutions and innovations that drive our projects forward.

What will you be doing?

Designing and developing civil engineering drawings for projects such as cables & pipelines, road reconstructions, sewage systems, or complex structures.
Converting field data and measurements into accurate 2D and 3D models that are directly applicable in execution.
Identifying bottlenecks in designs and providing creative solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.
Advising project teams (project managers, project planners, site managers) to ensure that your drawings align seamlessly with planning and execution.
Working with the latest software and technologies like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and 3D scanning, keeping you at the forefront of sector digitalization.

What we expect from you

You have experience as a CAD drafter or BIM modeller in civil engineering.
You work accurately, but also see the bigger picture and think in practical solutions.
You enjoy collaborating closely with colleagues from different disciplines and working together towards a great end result.
You are curious, eager to learn, and want to continue developing your technical knowledge and soft skills.
Available for at least 32 hours per week.
