Business Development

Build up a business strategy
Create and develop your own entity to your image according to your aspirations and interests
Develop and manage your customer portfolio

Recruitment

Identify and recruit the engineers and scientists who will join your team
Collaborate with the HRBP team to find the most suitable collaborators for TMC

People Management

Manage your team of consultants (career management, monitoring and coaching)

Finance Management

Manage your budget and finances related to the task at hand

What we expect from you

Graduate of a Master's in Business, Economics, Management, Engineering or Sciences.
A previous experience as a Business Manager within a consulting firm is requested for the job.
You speak fluently Spanish and English.
You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, you like to work independently while benefiting from the support of a dynamic and experienced team.
Organized and rigorous, you are a force of proposal as much at the level of commercial management.
Open and dynamic, you are a go-getter and have a sense of challenge.
