About this vacancy
What will you do?
- Take on commercial responsibility for the perfect match between partner, employeneur, and TMC;
- Maintain and build partnerships within the infrastructure and energy sector;
- Collaborate with partners on technical projects and match employeneurs from your team with these projects;
- Guide your employeneurs from your team in their careers and personal development;
- Search for and approach top professionals via LinkedIn, job boards, and your own network;
- Write effective, sharp job descriptions for technical positions;
- Support candidates throughout the entire recruitment process;
- Implement innovative AI-driven recruitment strategies for a competitive advantage.
What we expect from you
Who are you?
- Completed education at a higher professional level (HBO), preferably in a commercial field;
- Curious and focused on understanding candidates and clients; with people at the center;
- Fluent in Dutch and English;
- Affinity with the technical sector, preferably within infrastructure and energy technology;
- Experience in recruitment and/or sales; ambition to become a top business manager;
- Commercial, result-oriented, and determined to achieve goals;
- Proactive with a sharp talent scouting instinct;
- Independent and team-oriented with a creative recruitment approach.
