About this vacancy

As a business manager at TMC, you build your own team of employeneurs who work on the development and optimization of innovative products and processes within industries such as machine building and high-tech. The main tasks of a business manager are: · Approaching and selecting the right people for your own team; · Maintaining client relationships and building new ones; · Consulting with clients on technical assignments and assessing who from your team can execute them; · Guiding your team members. We strive to be a good and impactful employer for as many people as possible.

What we expect from you

· You have completed a (technical) education and have HBO+ working/thinking level; · You are curious by nature, enjoy digging deep in conversations, and put people at the center; · You are proficient in both Dutch and English; · You are interested in the technical sector; · You have experience in recruitment and/or sales.
