About this vacancy

TMC Italia is looking for a Business Analyst based in Milan (Italy) to work on the design of a new Data Integration Platform.

Responsibilities will include:

Gather and document the business requirements for a new data integration platform
Drive requirements elicitation ensuring alignment with delivery of business value; solution architecture; solution design.
Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements producing a Business Requirement Specification document (BRS) and a System Requirements Specification (SRS) document
Define data quality KPI’s for the new platform
Maintain, expand and document the Conceptual Information Model (CIM)
Design and document the data flows involved in the development of the integration platform
Use of modelling practices to analyze requirement and create suggestions for improvements and changes;
Understanding of functional analysis and UI mock-ups;
Daily relationship and management of different stakeholders;
UAT definition and business support on test execution.

What we expect from you

Mandatory a Master’s Degree in technical disciplines
Mandatory experience in the role
Exceptional analytical, problem solving and conceptual thinking skills
Excellent documentation skills
Experience in creating user stories and reports
Experience on requirements engineering and process modeling using UML
Understanding of functional analysis and UI mock-ups
Understanding of usability principles
Experience on facilitating workshops and giving trainings to business audiences
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and in Italian
Availability for occasional international business trips across Europe
