About this vacancy

We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to join our client's team, with a focus on driving digital transformation projects. You will be playing a key role in shaping business processes and systems using the ServiceNow platform, acting as the bridge between our academic/administrative units and IT.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand Business Needs: Collect and analyze requirements, lead workshops, and document specifications.
Design and Deliver Solutions: Develop ServiceNow-based solutions aligned with institutional goals; manage implementation and customization.
Engage Stakeholders: Act as a bridge between technical teams and departments; ensure clear communication and reporting.
Optimize Processes: Redesign workflows for efficiency and sustainability within the platform.
Leverage Data: Create dashboards, monitor KPIs, and support data-informed decision-making.
Ensure Quality: Oversee testing procedures to validate business requirements.
Promote Knowledge Sharing: Encourage collaboration and stay current with industry trends and platform updates.

What we expect from you

Core Competencies & Skills:

Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills in English and French (written and verbal).
Ability to think strategically and develop effective business solutions.
Proficiency with business analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Visio) and methodologies (Agile).
Familiarity with ServiceNow is a strong asset; basic knowledge of WordPress is a plus.
