About this vacancy

Integrated into a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the implementation of a new information system. Your role will be focused on functional analysis and, occasionally, on technical aspects related to specifications. You may also temporarily manage the daily operations of the Azure Board as a substitute for the Product Owner.

Your main responsibilities:

Identify, structure, and document the needs of the various departments.
Create the necessary functional and technical specifications.
Collaborate with the Product Owner to transform specifications into User Stories.
Work with development and testing teams to ensure the requirements are well understood.
Model business processes and contribute to drafting test scenarios.
Maintain close communication with project stakeholders.
Provide support for related activities linked to the project.

What we expect from you

At least 5 years of recent and significant experience in functional analysis.
At least 2 years of experience in an Agile team (Kanban or Scrum).
Proficiency in French and English (German and Luxembourgish are assets).
Product Owner certification (asset).
Excellent communication, listening, and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and analytical mindset.
Respect for milestones and priorities.
Flexibility, adaptability, and organizational skills.
