About this vacancy
This position involves analyzing business needs, defining requirements, and ensuring that IT solutions align with business objectives. The analyst works closely with stakeholders, including business users, IT developers, and project managers, to translate business requirements into functional specifications and ensure the effective delivery of projects.
What we expect from you
- Master’s degree in Management Engineering or similar and passion for the above depicted activities.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field. Experience in the telco/utilities industry would be a plus.
- Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio).
- Knowledge of business process modeling techniques and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Italian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
