About this vacancy

As a Building Inspector at TMC, you are the expert who thoroughly inspects existing properties and prepares maintenance plans to ensure the buildings remain future-proof. You are responsible for identifying defects, assessing the condition of properties, and translating your findings into clear and feasible MJOPs (multi-year maintenance plans). #LI-CW1

What we expect from you

Completed mbo+/hbo education in Architecture or a similar field.
2-5 years of relevant work experience in building inspections or maintenance planning.
Experience with MJOPs and building inspection reports; familiarity with AutoCAD or O-Prognose is an advantage, or willingness to learn these.
Precise, independent, and strong communication skills, with attention to detail and quality regarding existing real estate.

What you can expect from us

Permanent employment contract
Salary €3,200 - €5,000 gross per month
Additionally, a profit-sharing scheme up to 50%
Training budget of €2,200 per year for coaching & study
