About this vacancy

Als Bouwkundig Adviseur bij TMC Civiele Techniek en Bouwkunde ben je verantwoordelijk voor de begeleiding van uiteenlopende interessante projecten. Je gaat je volledig specialiseren in de projectmanagement en vastgoedzorg. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met onderhoudsmanagement, projectmanagement en sloopmanagement.

afgeronde opleiding HBO Bouwkunde
Ervaring binnen het adviseren en begeleiden van bouwkundige projecten
Kennis van bouwprocessen en bouwtechnieken
Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met verschillende stakeholders
Een proactieve houding en oog voor detail

Salaris €2.800 - €5.000 bruto per maand
