About this vacancy

As a BIM Modeler at TMC Civil Engineering and Architecture, you are responsible for creating and managing detailed 3D models for and at our clients. You work closely with other specialists from our clients and other stakeholders to optimize designs. Additionally, you provide technical support to the construction team and contribute to the building process from start to finish.

What we expect from you

Completed education in Civil Engineering or Architecture
Experience with BIM software such as Revit, Civil 3D, Tekla, Inventor, or Sofistik
Knowledge of Visual Scripting, Dynamo, or Grasshopper is a plus
Knowledge of construction processes and techniques
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
A proactive attitude and attention to detail
Work experience with the government, construction companies, or engineering firms
Skilled in identifying problems early and tracing potential causes

What you can expect from us

Permanent employment contract
Salary €4,000 - €6,000 gross per month
Additionally, a profit-sharing up to 50%
Training budget of €2,200 per year for coaching & study
