About this vacancy

You play a key role within the project team: you monitor the quality of BIM data, prepare coordination models, organize clash checks, and ensure that all involved disciplines are aligned. You establish clear working agreements and ensure that models meet the agreed standards (such as OVS, ROK, ProRail, or RWS). With your critical eye, you identify bottlenecks in design, feasibility, and planning, and you know exactly how to communicate them within the team.

You work closely with modelers, design coordinators, subject matter experts, and work planners, acting as the connecting factor between technology and process.

What will you do?

Establish, communicate, and monitor BIM agreements within projects
Coordinate aspect models and integrate them into a single coordination model
Perform clash and quality checks using tools like Navisworks or Solibri
Verify that BIM models comply with open standards and project agreements
Facilitate alignment between design, engineering, planning, and execution
Advise on the application of BIM within design and execution processes

What we expect from you

A completed higher vocational education (HBO) or university degree (WO) in a technical field (e.g., Civil Engineering or Architecture)
At least 3 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator or Modeler in civil projects
Extensive knowledge of software packages such as Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and possibly IFC structures
Familiarity with standards from organizations such as ProRail, RWS, OVS, or ROK is a plus
Strong analytical skills, process-oriented, and excellent communication skills
