In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative battery solutions for the next generation of electric vehicles. Your expertise will be crucial in driving advancements in battery technology, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and efficiency. If you are passionate about sustainable automotive technologies and thrive in a collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you.

What we expect from you

MSc degree in electric, electronic, automotive engineering or similar
Proven experience in designing, developing, and integrating battery systems for automotive applications.
Ability to use simulation tools to predict battery performance and conducting data analysis is considered a plus.
Knowledge of the main standards, regulatory requirements, and guidelines related to the mentioned topic (ISO, ECE…)
Knowledge of requirements management tools (like IBM Doors, Polarion…) is a strong plus
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to battery systems, ensuring reliability and safety.
Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to integrate battery systems into larger and international automotive projects.
English working proficiency is a must-have
