About this vacancy
- Ability to lead and serve as the subject matter expert within an engineering team.
- Proficient in developing code across various platforms.
- Experience resolving complex issues in Controls, Fieldbus, and IT platforms.
- Strong understanding of process flow and data-driven process optimization.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Control Systems and telegram protocols.
- Proven capability to communicate complex technical challenges across business teams.
- Experience in change management processes, either as a leader or signatory.
- Act as a technical reference point for FC Controls Engineers, Engineering, Operational Teams, and stakeholders at regional or hub levels.
- Deep knowledge of machine safety regulations and safe work practices.
- Develop and enforce standards and processes as part of regional initiatives.
- Experience collaborating with national or international engineering groups.
- Deliver technical/non-technical training to various business groups.
- Experience with IT systems including IP networks, Linux, SQL databases, and cloud technology.
What we expect from you
- Bachelor in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in PLC programming with systems like Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley, Modicon, Mitsubishi, Omron, or similar.
- Proficiency in SQL, Linux, Cloud Technology, and IP Networking.
- Competence in developing/modifying scripts using Java, Python, C, Perl, or similar scripting languages.
- Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach and ability to manage multiple tasks and teams.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
