About this vacancy

Ability to lead and serve as the subject matter expert within an engineering team.
Proficient in developing code across various platforms.
Experience resolving complex issues in Controls, Fieldbus, and IT platforms.
Strong understanding of process flow and data-driven process optimization.
Familiarity with Warehouse Control Systems and telegram protocols.
Proven capability to communicate complex technical challenges across business teams.
Experience in change management processes, either as a leader or signatory.
Act as a technical reference point for FC Controls Engineers, Engineering, Operational Teams, and stakeholders at regional or hub levels.
Deep knowledge of machine safety regulations and safe work practices.
Develop and enforce standards and processes as part of regional initiatives.
Experience collaborating with national or international engineering groups.
Deliver technical/non-technical training to various business groups.
Experience with IT systems including IP networks, Linux, SQL databases, and cloud technology.

What we expect from you

Bachelor in Electrical Engineering
Experience in PLC programming with systems like Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley, Modicon, Mitsubishi, Omron, or similar.
Proficiency in SQL, Linux, Cloud Technology, and IP Networking.
Competence in developing/modifying scripts using Java, Python, C, Perl, or similar scripting languages.
Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach and ability to manage multiple tasks and teams.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
