About this vacancy

The role As a production employee/operator at TMC, you are involved from start to finish in creating high-quality components. You prepare materials, operate modern machines, and check the quality of what you (together with your team) produce. You work in a modern factory with a pleasant, informal atmosphere. Colleagues help each other, there is laughter, and innovation is central. No experience with composite materials yet? No problem – we provide training ourselves! Together, we ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards and find their way into the medical sector, defense, aviation, and automotive industries.

Salary indication between €2500 and €3500 gross per month and excellent secondary employment conditions;
