About this vacancy

As a Building Consultant at TMC Civil Engineering and Architecture, you are responsible for overseeing various interesting projects. You will fully specialize in project management and property care. Among other things, you will be involved in maintenance management, project management, and demolition management.

What we expect from you

Completed education in HBO Architecture
Experience in advising and managing architectural projects
Knowledge of construction processes and techniques
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
A proactive attitude and attention to detail

What you can expect from us

Open and transparent secondment model
Permanent employment contract
Salary €2,800 - €5,000 gross per month
Additional profit sharing up to 50%
