About this vacancy

As an Advisor Public Space at TMC, you work on projects that shape the living environment of today and tomorrow. You provide advice on the design, redevelopment, and management of streets, squares, parks, and infrastructure, with attention to functionality, sustainability, accessibility, and aesthetics.

You navigate between policy and implementation, translate the needs of residents and clients into feasible plans, and ensure that technical, social, and spatial interests are effectively aligned. You often collaborate with urban planners, designers, civil engineers, and managers.

Whether it involves climate adaptation, greening, redevelopment, or traffic safety, you deliver integrated advice that enables plans to be successfully implemented.

What we expect from you

A completed higher professional (HBO) or university (WO) education in Spatial Planning, Civil Engineering, Urban Development, or similar.
0 to 5 years of work experience as an advisor, project assistant, or policy officer in public spaces.
You have an affinity for spatial quality, the design of outdoor spaces, and participation processes.
You are strong in communication, analytical, and think integrally and result-oriented.
Familiarity with GIS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or design software is a plus.
You know how to bring together various interests into a cohesive plan.

What you can expect from us

An employment contract for an indefinite period.
A gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €5,000, depending on experience and education.
