About this vacancy

As a Mobility and Traffic Consultant at TMC, you work on contemporary and challenging issues in the areas of accessibility, traffic safety, and sustainable mobility. You provide advice on policies, design, and the layout of public spaces, with consideration for pedestrians, cyclists, public transport, and car traffic. You contribute to traffic studies, mobility plans, behavioral research, parking policies, or cycling and public transport visions. You translate data and policy frameworks into concrete solutions for municipalities, provinces, or engineering firms, often collaborating in multidisciplinary teams with urban planners, designers, and road managers. What we expect from you

A completed hbo or wo degree in Traffic Engineering, Mobility, Spatial Planning, Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
0 to 5 years of work experience in mobility, traffic, or spatial planning.
Knowledge of or affinity with traffic models, behavioral analysis, or mobility policy.
You possess strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and enjoy thinking in practical solutions.
Familiarity with tools such as OmniTRANS, VISSIM, GIS, or QGIS is a plus.
You want to contribute to more sustainable, safer, and smarter traffic.

A gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €5,000, depending on experience and education.
